Old Ivy Well by Luyomi333 Old Ivy Well by Luyomi333
Well Well Well, What do we have here :)

Infos:
----------------
Height: 8cm
The spool of course is rotatable.

Added mini size comparison image, wooden barrel and instructions for everything. (Click Download in the upper right corner)

The blender file is also included.

On a personal Note:
----------------

If someone dares to build the colored version, I would be glad to see a picture of the finished model and hear about suggestions for improvements .
If I'd made textures I know, that I could just print the bricks onto the well, but I love these little details and they aren't difficult to cut out and glue onto the well.

I am speechless! This is so gorgeous and yes i made one :D and i am thinking of doing another in colour.  Umm i did cheat a little, i have a umm silhouette cutter sooo i traced your design and did the unmentionable (didn't do it manually), only a few mistakes on my part, but it worked so didn't take me as long as i thought.
I am going to do the american windmill and also the Eiffel Tower, i am greedy and want more of your little sculptures (as im not good at designing lol and wouldn't know where to start)
Please please do a dutch windmill or other things as i am hooked on your creations, when you get time that is :D
Thank you very much, don't know what you will be doing in the future but i think you will go far!!!

Thank you. Most encouraging comment ever xD"
If I would try it to make the well colored I think I would try
to do it by hand using pencil and paint. I think this could
look great, maybe I'll try that actually.
Well, I also pondered whether to buy a Silhouette, but they
aren't cheap and cutting is also a fun part as well as trying
to make the design so, that you won't have to cut and glue
too much.
Well have fun. I more or less don't find time and inspiration
lately, but your comment helped spark the flame a bit again.
